Psychologist in Nairobi | Mental Health & Parenting Support in Kenya.
About the Services
What kind of support do you offer for parents?
We offer compassionate guidance on parenting challenges including child development, tantrums, emotional regulation, communication, and behavior management. Our sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of your family and parenting style.
Do you work with children directly or just the parents?
Both options are available. Depending on the issue, we may work solely with parents, with children, or with the whole family. We’ll determine the best approach during your initial consultation.
Do you only focus on parenting topics?
No, our work extends beyond parenting. We support individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, self-awareness, relationships, and other emotional or psychological concerns. Whether you’re navigating personal growth or family dynamics, you’re welcome here.

Are the sessions virtual or in-person?
We offer both. Virtual therapy sessions are conducted through secure video platforms, while in-person appointments are available in Nairobi based on availability.
What happens during the first session?
The first session is a safe, non-judgmental space to talk about your concerns, whether it’s parenting, mental health, or relationships. We’ll get to know you and co-create a plan that feels right for your goals.
Fees & Payment
How much does a session cost?
Session fees vary depending on the length and type of support. You’ll receive a clear breakdown before booking.

Do you offer sliding scale fees or flexible payment plans?
Yes. We understand that therapy is an investment, and we offer flexible payment options on a case-by-case basis.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. All conversations are confidential. Exceptions are made only if there is a risk of harm to you or others, which we’ll explain clearly before beginning therapy.
Parenting & Family Topics
Can you help with tantrums, defiance, or school-related issues?
Absolutely. We specialize in working with children of all ages and offer practical, developmentally appropriate strategies to support their emotional and behavioral needs.
Do you offer support for teenagers?
Yes. Adolescents face unique pressures, and we provide both one-on-one sessions for teens and supportive guidance for parents navigating this stage.
What if I’m not sure my concern is ‘serious enough’?
You don’t need to wait for a crisis. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or just need someone to talk to—every concern is valid. Seeking support early can make a big difference.
